Our Vision is a dream for a God-blessed future among Hispanics:
That every new church have fully and devoted followers of Jesus Christ, spiritually mature persons who are constantly becoming more and more 'Christ-like' in values, beliefs and practices, "conformed to the image of Christ." [Romans 8:29]

We envision a growing and maturing church where each aspect of our purpose comes to full expression… so that every person, whether seeker or servant, is progressively moving toward 'the fullness of Christ'. [Ephesians 4:13]

Realizing our vision requires a willingness to change the way we function and engage in ministry. It will also require additional resources in terms of personnel, facilities, and finances.

• We have approved an organizational structure designed around the aspects of our purpose
• We have built a team-based model structure.
• We have developed long-range staffing plans, ensuring that each aspect of our purpose is appropriately covered.
• We have created a new servant's ministry designed to mobilize our members by helping them understand their SHAPE and linking them with ministry opportunities.
• We have launched a number of innovative and strategic ministries that have enabled us to more effectively fulfill our purpose.
